The Gift Fair UK 2025: The Show That Started It All
After a successful debut for the UK gift industry, momentum is building ahead of the next edition of our online trade show.

Our first online trade show for the UK gift industry marked the beginning of something much bigger than we imagined.
When we launched The Gift Fair UK, the goal was clear: create a more accessible, modern way for buyers and brands to connect online. What followed proved there was real demand for a smarter digital trade show experience within the gift industry — and the momentum has only continued to grow.
The numbers told the story.
By the Numbers

2600 unique show visitors, 150 brands, 6000+ website visits
103 leads per exhibitor, on average
49% of visitors access through mobile
For a first edition, the engagement exceeded expectations and laid the foundation for what XpoFairs is continuing to build today.
Real Connections. Real Opportunities.
The Gift Fair UK wasn't just about attendance numbers — it was about creating meaningful business opportunities for buyers and exhibitors alike.
Throughout the event:
Retailers discovered new suppliers and emerging brands
Vendors connected directly with engaged buyers actively sourcing products
Brands generated valuable leads and wholesale conversations
Exhibitors expanded their reach beyond traditional physical trade events
An average of 103 leads per exhibitor demonstrated the power of online trade shows to generate measurable business results for brands looking to grow.
And with even more buyers expected at the next edition, we're only scratching the surface of what's possible.
What Buyers Engaged With Most
Based on visitor engagement and attendee interest, three categories stood out during the show:

These insights continue to shape future editions of The Gift Fair UK as buyer demand evolves across the industry.
The Rise of Mobile Attendance
One of the biggest takeaways from The Gift Fair UK?
Nearly half of attendees joined from their phones.
With 49% of visitors accessing the show via mobile, it became clear that retailers and buyers increasingly value flexibility and convenience when sourcing products online.
That insight is helping shape the future of XpoFairs — including new mobile-first innovations currently in development ahead of upcoming events.
The Next Edition Is Coming
The success of The Gift Fair UK was only the beginning.
With stronger engagement, growing buyer demand, and major momentum coming out of The Gift Fair USA, the next UK edition is already shaping up to be bigger, smarter, and more connected than ever before.
More buyers.
More opportunities.
More visibility for brands ready to grow.
If you're thinking about joining the next edition, now is the time to secure your place.
Thank You to Our Community
